When To Expect Results

When can I Expect Results?

This is the most frequently asked question and for good reason. To answer this question it’s important to know that hormones are slow messages sent throughout your body and they take time to balance because you are trying to work with your body naturally. The reason medications work so quickly is because they are hijacking the body signals and not working with the body. This is why side effects are so common. Natural supplements take time because they work with your body instead of just taking over. This means it can take more time but with patience, you can get lasting results.

Everyone is in a different stage of hormone imbalance and therefore it can take more time for some and no time for others. On average, you want to wait for 2-3 months to see results. The best way to know if they are working is to write down your symptoms before starting supplementation and then compare them to a couple of months later.
